Terms
Effective 8 September 2026
1. Who provides this offer
Oblack Tech Limited, a Delaware corporation, publishes and licenses The PROVE Loop. Prysm AI Technologies Ltd is a separate company under common control and is authorised by Oblack Tech Limited to collect payment for this offer through Stripe. Your checkout, receipt, or payment statement may therefore identify “PrysmAI Technologies Limited.” In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to both companies only as they participate in this offer.
By completing a purchase, downloading the materials, or using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.
2. What you are buying
Your one-time purchase provides the digital guide and supporting files described on the sales page at the time you buy. It is not a subscription. Any feature or item expressly marked “upcoming,” “bonus,” or “in development” is not part of the immediately delivered files.
3. Personal-use licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning and business projects. You may not resell, republish, share, upload, sublicense, distribute, or provide access to the materials—or a substantially copied or repackaged version of them. You may use what you learn to create your own original products.
4. Payment, delivery and taxes
Stripe processes the transaction and Prysm AI Technologies Ltd collects the payment authorised by Oblack Tech Limited. Payment to the Stripe checkout shown on our sales pages fully satisfies your payment obligation for this purchase. The price and any applicable tax are shown before you pay. You are responsible for entering a working email address and accurate checkout information so the files can be delivered.
5. Refunds
Because the core product is delivered digitally, purchases are final once access is provided, except where the law requires otherwise. If you do not receive access or the delivered product materially differs from the sales-page description, contact us using the details on your receipt within seven days. We will first try to restore access or correct the problem; if we cannot do so, we will refund the affected purchase. This section does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
6. PROVE Operator bonus
The PROVE Operator is software in development. It is offered at no additional charge to the first 100 customers whose purchases are completed and not refunded. Eligibility has no cash value and is not transferable. No fixed release date, operating-system support, integration, or final feature set is promised. The guide is delivered independently, and a delay or change to the Operator does not make the delivered guide defective.
7. AI, research and email use
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable and must be checked before use. You are responsible for your prompts, source material, recipients, claims, decisions, and the output you publish or send. You must not use the materials or Operator for spam, deception, harassment, infringement, unlawful data collection, or messages that violate privacy, advertising, consent, identification, or opt-out rules.
8. Education—not professional advice
The product is educational. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether an idea, claim, source, outreach method, or product is lawful and suitable for your circumstances.
9. No income or results guarantee
We do not promise customers, sales, revenue, profit, employment, or any other result. Case studies and proof pages show specific past activity and are not a promise or representation of typical results. Outcomes depend on factors we do not control, including your market, offer, effort, judgment, costs, timing, and compliance.
10. No affiliation
The PROVE Loop is independent. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Iman Gadzhi, Monetise, YouTube, or any seminar, event, platform, or person discussed in our marketing or materials. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and may be referenced only to identify or comment on the relevant subject.
11. Third-party services
Links and examples may involve third-party services such as Stripe, TikTok, YouTube, AI providers, email services, or website tools. Those services have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. We do not control them and are not responsible for their acts, outages, policy changes, or your account with them.
12. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities arising from the product or its use.
To the extent permitted by law, the combined liability of Oblack Tech Limited and Prysm AI Technologies Ltd for any claim connected with this offer will not exceed the amount you paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Your responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, or costs caused by your unlawful use of the product, your infringement of another person’s rights, or messages you send in violation of applicable law. This does not apply to losses caused by our own unlawful conduct.
14. Governing law and general terms
These terms are governed by Delaware law, without removing mandatory protections that apply where you live. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of it.
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version presented when you purchase governs that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise. Use the contact details on your Stripe receipt for delivery, support, or refund questions.
